Principle:
The pull-up magnetic levitation is mainly composed of coil, magnet, bracket, Hall sensor and drive circuit. When the magnet is close to the Hall sensor, the Hall sensor senses the change in the magnetic field and outputs an analog quantity to the amplifier circuit for amplification. This value is used for pulse width modulation. When the magnet and suspended objects fall away from the sensor due to gravity, the sensor outputs The value increases the duty cycle of the voltage on the coil, and the magnetic force of the coil increases, thereby pulling the magnet and suspended objects. Conversely, when the sensor is very close, the output value of the sensor reduces the duty cycle of the coil voltage, and the magnetic force of the coil is weak. Magnets and suspended objects rely on their own gravity to move away from the sensor. By continuously adjusting the duty cycle of the coil voltage, the magnet objects are suspended.
Placed Suspended Objects:
First connect the power supply, then hold the magnet and slowly approach the coil from below the coil. When the distance is 2 cm, the attractive force provided by the coil can be sensed, and then let go after it stabilizes. If the magnetic force is not enough, you can adjust the circuit The blue adjustable resistor on the board is used for debugging, clockwise is to reduce the magnetic force; counterclockwise is to increase the magnetic force, the magnet should be adjusted to the best position, the magnetic force should not be too large or too small, just can pull the magnet. , Otherwise it will jitter.
Note:
Do not allow the magnet to be attached to the coil when the power is on, otherwise the circuit board will be easily damaged. Unsuccessful release of the float for a long time will cause a large instantaneous current inside the circuit board, and the temperature of the transistor and coil will increase. It is recommended that if the float is not successfully released for 8 times, unplug the power supply and try again after cooling down.
